  • The last of the new-build Siva sub-class destroyers is built.[2]
  • The USS Heston, intended as a Richter class cruiser, is instead re-purposed as a battle cruiser.[3]
  • The Heston class battle cruiser enters service with Star Fleet.[3]
  • The first of eight Richter class cruisers enters drydock for an overhaul into the Heston class battle cruiser.[3]
  • The Federation continues to utilize bioagents in attacks on the Klingon agricultural worlds.[3]
  • The final Ashanti class battle cruiser is constructed.[4]
  • USS Eagle sub-class commando cruiser begins construction.[5]
