• Early: USS Guernsey, the last of the Bode class heavy scouts, is retired.

• Six mothballed vessels of the Strider class courier/scout are upgraded and re-engined.

• The original Ptolemy class fleet tug/tenders start to receive their new warp nacelles during scheduled overhauls.

• USS Penelope (NCC-G1415, Sherman class) falls into Orion hands with a full load of dilithium; a special forces operation to retrieve it is successful.

• The final Alexis class cargo drone enters service.

• The ships of the three Rochester sub-classes start undergoing refits.

• Existing Flight II Loknars start receiving the Flight IIA upgrades.
