Historical Events

• The Mann class light cruisers receive upgrades to their transporter systems.

• The Lincoln class frigates receive upgrades to their transporter systems.

• Funding for production of the Jidai and Pytheas sub-classes is slashed to a total of 21 hulls (from 50).
