Historical Events

  • USS San Diego (NCC-1441, Baton Rouge heavy cruiser) conducts a classified mission to the heart of the Romulan Star Empire.[1]
The nature of the mission is not yet game-canon.
  • The final Navigator subclass light cruiser is decommissioned.[2]
  • USS Read (Byrd galactic survey cruiser) returns from her second and final galactic survey.[3]
  • The final Capella class surveyor / supply ship is decommissioned.[4]
  • The seven Unity command cruisers are decommissioned and mothballed for future sale to trusted rimward allies, for use as defense cruisers.[5]
  • The Soyuz survey frigates receive a modernization refit.[6]
The year is presumed, to match that of the Mirandas.
  • Three Okinawa light frigates—USS Lake Pontchartrain (NCC-1280), USS Uvs Nuur (NCC-1286), and USS Shikotan (NCC-1252)—escort a Star Fleet task force during a fleet engagement deep inside Romulan space.[7]
  • The first Samson fleet tug/tender conversion to Flight II configuration is completed.[8]
  • March 12th: Heavy cruiser USS Victory (NCC-1760) begins an infiltration mission (i.e., Operation Grey Ghost) into the Romulan Star Empire through the Fire Swamp Nebula.[9]
  • Operation Grey Ghost, Star Fleet's adventurist Romulan expedition, includes the 6 Texas-refitted Navigator light cruisers, USS Dauntless (NCC-1697, Pyotr Velikiy/Beowulf class cruiser), and USS Eagle (NCC-956, Texas light cruiser).[2][10]
At the time of this entry, I have not determined yet what variant of the class of which the Dauntless was a member.
