Conjecture

The membership in the Federation originally came from the Federation Space fan campaign, based upon a FASA RPG first encounter (in 2282).

The year is speculation, but it did occur in the late 2280s and she would appear to have been active for an extremely short period of time.

• The Vulcan Science Directorate idles the final K’Kmarak surveyor.

• First contact between the Federation and the Cardassian Union, when a Star Fleet explorer encounters a Cardassian scout ship shadowing a Klingon flotilla; after a brief exchange of weapons fire by the scout ship, diplomatic talks begin.

• January 21st: President-elect Ra-ghoratreii is sworn in.
