Conjecture

• The UFP extends membership to Xeletia.

The membership in the Federation originally came from the Federation Space fan campaign, based upon a FASA RPG first encounter (in 2282).

• The Siva II sub-class destroyer is retired from Starfleet.

• The last of the Ptolemy class fleet tug/tenders is decommissioned.

• USS Republic (NCC-1371, Constitution) is again deactivated.

The year is speculation, but it did occur in the late 2280s and she would appear to have been active for an extremely short period of time.
