The year this occurred is game-canon but supported by Timo's Guide, determined to occur prior to their re-commissioning.

• The Icarus and Ashanti class battle cruisers and Apache class heavy destroyers finishing receiving the transporters.

• The Kearsarge sub-class light cruisers receive a weapons upgrade.

• The Beowulf sub-class heavy destroyer enters service with Star Fleet.
