Summary

  • The 27 Drexler class vessels continue to be funded and operated by the Federation Customs Service and continue to have collectively suffered relatively little fatigue and damage, remain in good condition and are still doing their part in helping Starfleet through its period of postwar block obsolescence.[1]
  • Starfleet continues to significantly downscale its operations, hoping to provide time and resources for its reorganization.[2]
  • A prototype Horizon class heavy cruiser is ordered; construction begins immediately.[3]
It is game-canon that the order and start of construction begin three years prior to USS Horizon's commissioning.
