Historical Events

  • Once a new medium transport concept was agreed upon, designing of the Watt class fleet tanker/transport begins. Eighty vessels are ordered, prior to prototyping.[1]
  • USS Venture (NCC-720), the light cruiser from the class of the same name, begins her first operational mission.[2]
The actual mission is unknown, as it appears the Sagittarius cruise may have been canceled.
  • USS Abuk (single-vessel subclass of Ariadne patrol corvette) enters service.[3]
Other than being from the late 2180s, year of service beginning is complete conjecture.
  • The final Ariadne class patrol corvette is completed.[3]
The years of production are mostly conjecture.
  • The first two Alexandria class corvette tenders enter service.[4]
  • Yondercraft completes production of the last of the Class B4 / HSA(P)-32 "Big Sioux" heavy atmospheric shuttles.[5]
