The Arcturians are an early contact species of Earth. Their most outstanding feature is their physical form, while socially they are a culture in flux: a strongly militaristic society, they are adopting and adapting entertainment and fashion from a specific period and place of Earth, becoming a cultural mecca for the performing arts and style trends.

Appearance

The Arcturans have translucent, chalk-white, or reddish-gray skin, which forms heavy folds on their heads. They have large earlobes and small amounts of platinum hair. Arcturan native dress include a leather-and-fur tunic while contemporary styles are direct variations of Earth's Elizabethan England. They have a fairly resistant immune system and can easily survive a few days without food and water. As a rule they suffer from very few diseases and tend to recover rapidly from most injuries. It is believed that this was the intention of their early cloning experiments.
