Historical Events

The war was ended by acknowledging the sovereignty of the Romulans within a carefully defined column of space, and that of the humans outside that volume, with an impermeable and eternal barrier erected between.[1]
- The Romulan War is over.[1]
- May 24th: USS Cavalier (ND-626, Cavalry class) is shot to pieces well after the official declaration of ceasefire and limps to a crash lands onto an unexplored, barely M-class world.[2]
- The Iceland class destroyers are pressed into patrolling the newly-established Neutral Zone.[3]
- The United Federation of Planets was founded.[4][5]
- The UFP Starfleet was founded, as well as the Committee for Starfleet.[4][5][6]
