History

• May 2243: Sinbad IV is home to a fledgling colony that is fast becoming a center of commerce and trade in the Aldebaran sector, as well as the site of a rich abundance of natural resources. Based on analysis of data by Star Fleet Intelligence that indicated the planet was the Klingon's next target, the 3rd Marine Brigade was deployed there, supported by their assault ships and a cruiser squadron. An entire Imperial Guard division (numbering 22,896 troops) and a brigade of the Black Staff special forces troops were there—on an unoccupied tropical continent—to greet them. Fierce fighting on the ground followed the achievement of orbital supremacy and the Federation held the world.
