Historical Events

• The Capitol class deep space command ships are retired from service.

• The Trent series light destroyers start to receive warp nacelle upgrades.

• USS Robuste (NX-397), a prototype shuttlecarrier, enters testing service with Star Fleet.

• Scout USS Apache (NCC-823) is upgraded (as a prototype) with the PB-25 nacelle.

• Star Fleet establishes the Silver Palm to recognize "[d]istinguished acts of heroism or meritorious achievement in the performance of assigned duties against an opposing enemy force in combat".

• Late August: Beckerman-Fusai MHG Corporation gets Star Fleet approval for a cheaper version of the Warp 4 engine, a name (PB-26) assigned to it, and a spaceframe for the test model.
