Beta Rigel
This is the more "common" Rigel, one of the two homeworlds of the Orions (the other being the Pi-3 Orionis system), located almost into the "thumb" between the Romulan and Klingon empires.

- 200,993 BCE: The Great Orion Empire (aka, First Orion Empire) is formed.[1]
- About 141,430 BCE: The Great Orion Empire is destroyed by Doomsday Machines.[1]
- About 32,720 BCE: The Second Orion Empire is in conflict with the First Federation.[1]
- About 20,720 BCE: The Curved Rodinium Culture dominates the Orion region.[1]
- About 8,000 BCE: The Twelfth Orion Empire expands into the Alpha quadrant.[1]

Notes
- It is understood the numbering sequence should start from "I" for the planet systems around both Beta Rigel A and Beta Rigel BC. However, most common names ofr both systems has Beta Rigel BC's planets start at "XIII".
- Per the various sources, SFC canon has that the Orions originated in the Pi-3 Orionis system, while some Orions were re-settled (around 220,000 BCE) on Rigel VII (in this system).
