Historical Events

• The ten 'newest' Venture class light cruisers receive overhauls to beef up their propulsive capabilities (and fall into the Cahuya new sub-class, accordingly).

The presumption that it was the last ten existing ships is based only on practicality.

• The Armstrong light cruiser subclass is retired.

• USS Boston (NCC-425, Syracuse sub-class) is re-commissioned as USS Einstein (NCC-O425), first of her sub-class.

• Two Hermes class scouts are lost to light Klingon ships while such long range solo missions, in two separate incidents.

New Technology

• Size 5 warp vessels

• Mark II Food Processor System

• Mark VI Industrial Fabrication Unit

• Mark 3.67A Warp Nacelles

• PC Type K Phase Cannon
