• As it nears formal completion, the Memory Alpha complex is heavily disrupted, and all personnel killed, during an assault by the Zetarians.

• Altair rejoins the UFP.

The 2269 date is a best guess. The source indicates they were the last of three systems to rejoin the Federation in the 2260s, and TOS: "Amok Time" indicates three starships visited upon the occasion of the inauguration of the new president in 2267, which reportedly stabilized the area. The presumption is the system rejoined after a brief period of reformation.
