Azha may be a Klingon world, unknown to be so-claimed at the time of the loss of the USS Inuit.

History

  • June 2258: USS Inuit (NCC-747), Cahuya class survey cruiser, is lost at Azha to consumption by a spaceborne lifeform of a type common in the region (though, at the time, it was presumed to be due to an encounter with Klingons).[1][2]
