Historical Events

  • The final Watt class fleet tanker/transport is de-commissioned and sold for scrap.[1]
  • The final ships (of the ordered 7) of the Essex battle cruiser class are completed and enter service.[2]
  • The final Jidai subclass reconnaissance cruiser is built.[3]
  • The final Aldrin subclass deep space frigate is built.[4]
  • The Saladin subclass of the Syracuse destroyers enters service with Star Fleet.[5]
  • Logistics Command decides to procure a dedicated fleet tug, equipped with specifically designed Pleshun PB-23 series engines for warp four cruising and for warp three under load.[7]
  • Star Fleet's initial plans had Project Starship producing the first high-tech starships this year.[8]
This did not happen, though.
