Seal of the United Earth Starfleet Command, United Earth Space Probe Agency

The United Earth Space Probe Agency (UESPA) was formed as an organization in 2067, to jointly coordinate and develop human presence in interstellar space. In 2069, it took over the exploration mission of the former International Space Agency at the same time that the United Earth Defense Pact's United Earth Space Fleet took over the ISA's international space defense duties. UESPA would be subsumed within the United Earth Starfleet in 2133^[1] and, later, within the United Federation of Planets Starfleet in 2161 (where it would eventually lose its individual identity).
