Historical Events
- Star Fleet Defense Command begins preparing to retire the Sevajien generation of ships en masse.[1]
- The Broadway class cultural exchange ships enter service with Star Fleet.[2]
- Charlottes Shields Incorporated is formed on Alpha Centauri.[3]
- Early: Construction begins on the first Ariadne class patrol corvette.[4]
- The earliness in the year is to allow for a construction period of less than one year.
- May 1: CWD delivers the flight model of the Placido class surveyor to Star Fleet for testing.[5]
- Presumption is delivery was made on this date because it was "by May" and propulsion and hull integration took place on the 9th.
- May 9: Integration of the propulsion module to the horseshoe adapter at the stern of the Placido mission hull is performed.[5]
- May 22: Test flights of the Placido model commence.[5]
