Historical Events
- January 01: The Starfleet Corps of Engineers is considered to have been founded on this date, by a team of engineers building Starbase 1.[1]
- The date of January 1 is completely symbolic, but the team did self-name prior to the base's destruction.
- February 8: Starbase 1 opens for operations.[1]
- Dates regrding Starbase 1 occur one year earlier than in Federation: The First 150 Years and on Memory Beta, due to the other wartime actions that follow (as presented by Timo).
- The period of (only) clandestine attacks against non-Romulan shipping comes to an end and the great offensive towards the heartspace of Earth and its allies begins. The first punitive missions against the Romulans are mounted.[2][3]
- Attacks against Earth colonies are generally seen as the beginning of the actual Romulan War.[2]
