Historical Events

  • The period of (only) clandestine attacks against non-Romulan shipping comes to an end and the great offensive towards the heartspace of Earth and its allies begins. The first punitive missions against the Romulans are mounted.[1][2]
  • Attacks against Earth colonies are generally seen as the beginning of the actual Romulan War.[1]
  • The third ship of the Enterprise class is launched.[4]
The assumption of the year is based on there being four in existence by the Romulan War.
  • The Hippolyta class corvette enters service with the UESF.[5]
  • A seventh ship of the Edison class is ordered.[6]
  • The UESS Goddard (Edison class) is lost.[6]
  • The Dagger class escort fightercraft enters service.[7]
Year is conjecture, but occurred by "the time the UESF knew it was facing the Romulan Star Empire".
  • The sixth ship of the Edison class enters service with the UESF.[6]
  • Design work begins on a new Earth-specific corvette.[8]
