; Strategic Supply Office: Forecasts and coordinates the food, medicine, pressure suits, spare parts, and other stores required to sustain UESN operations. It maintains inventories across designated UESN enclaves, identifies shortages before they restrict deployments, and sets priorities when available supplies cannot meet every unit’s needs. In a service assembled from national and civilian systems, it also reconciles differing stock records, specifications, and supply procedures into a usable force-wide picture.

; Propulsion and Power Systems Branch: Oversees the systems that move UESN vessels and supply their power. It establishes maintenance standards, reviews failures, and evaluates whether inherited propulsion and reactor designs can be supported under UESN authority. The branch also identifies components whose loss or obsolescence could prevent a ship from deploying.
; Orbital Transport and Convoy Office: Arranges the movement of personnel, equipment, and supplies between [[Earth]] orbital facilities, [[Luna]], [[Mars]], [[Ganymede]], and ships operating away from fixed installations. It schedules available transports, coordinates cargo transfers and berthing, and plans convoy support where the route or cargo requires it. Its work links dispersed stores and repair facilities to the vessels that need them, even when transport capacity is limited or controlled by national and civilian partners.

; Hull, Life Support, and Damage Control Branch: Sets technical standards for structural integrity, habitable conditions, and a ship’s ability to survive an emergency. It reviews inspection findings and repair plans, and it develops common damage-control procedures for crews serving aboard vessels built to different national standards. Its work ensures that a ship is safe to occupy as well as ready to operate.

It coordinates replenishment with depots, suppliers, and transport planners while accounting for differences in vessel requirements and local storage capacity. When fuel allotments or specialized consumables are scarce or politically disputed, the branch identifies the operational consequences and advises commanders on which commitments the available stocks can support.

; Sensors, Communications, and Computing Branch: Maintains the technical standards for a vessel’s electronic systems, including sensors, communications equipment, computers, and associated software. It documents differences among inherited designs, manages engineering support for updates, and investigates failures that affect a ship’s ability to detect, communicate, or process information. The branch works with operational personnel to ensure that technical changes do not disrupt fleet procedures.
; Base and Depot Support Branch: Maintains the UESN’s working presence at its designated enclaves and assigned berths. It coordinates secure storage, communications spaces, maintenance access, and local support with the national or civilian authorities that operate the wider facilities. Its responsibilities range from the primary operational depot at Luna to the more austere arrangements at Ganymede, where dependable support may require greater reliance on contractors and pre-positioned emergency stores.

; Weapons and Ordnance Control Branch: Oversees the technical safety, maintenance, and approved configuration of UESN weapons and ordnance. It accounts for inherited systems and their specialized parts, establishes inspection requirements, and reviews proposed repairs or modifications. Where a refit could alter a ship’s armament, the branch verifies that the work remains within the authorized baseline.
; Procurement and Contracting Office: Obtains goods and services that the UESN cannot provide from its own stocks or facilities. It manages purchases and agreements for equipment, repairs, transport, and technical support, working with civilian firms and inherited national supply systems. The office checks that contracted items meet operational requirements and that the terms of access, delivery, and payment remain clear across a multinational service.

; Configuration and Technical Records Office: Maintains the authoritative record of each vessel’s equipment, software, modifications, and approved technical documentation. It tracks differences between ships that appear identical on paper and identifies systems for which reliable manuals, suppliers, or design records are missing. By controlling these records, the office gives engineers and dockyards a dependable basis for maintenance and refit decisions.
; Salvage, Recovery, and Disposal Section: Coordinates the retrieval of damaged vessels, equipment, and recoverable material, as well as the handling of items that can no longer be used safely. It works with support ships, repair facilities, and local authorities to assess what can be repaired, returned to stores, or removed from service. Its procedures preserve scarce components where practical while ensuring that hazardous or sensitive materiel receives appropriate control and disposal.

; Safety and Casualty Investigation Board: Investigates serious equipment failures, engineering accidents, and other technical casualties. It determines what happened, identifies hazards that may affect other vessels, and recommends corrective action to prevent recurrence. Its findings can restrict the use of a system or remove ships from service until the Navy resolves a safety risk.

The Department of Logistics and Force Support maintains the material foundation on which the United Earth Stellar Navy operates. It coordinates strategic supply, orbital transport, fuel and reactor-consumable allocations, depot support, procurement, contracting, salvage, and recovery across a force that still depends heavily on inherited national and civilian facilities. Rather than immediately establishing a separate network of UESN installations, the department administers designated UESN enclaves within existing orbital, lunar, Martian, and outer-system bases, securing the berths, stores, communications, repair access, and transport capacity required by assigned units. Its work determines whether a vessel that is available in principle is actually able to deploy, and it must continually reconcile operational demand with shortages of parts, technicians, fuel, specialized equipment, and politically contested resources.

Strategic Supply Office
Forecasts and coordinates the food, medicine, pressure suits, spare parts, and other stores required to sustain UESN operations.
Orbital Transport and Convoy Office
Arranges the movement of personnel, equipment, and supplies between Earth orbital facilities, Luna, Mars, Ganymede, and ships operating away from fixed installations. It schedules available transports, coordinates cargo transfers and berthing, and plans convoy support where the route or cargo requires it. Its work links dispersed stores and repair facilities to the vessels that need them, even when transport capacity is limited or controlled by national and civilian partners.
Fuel, Propellant, and Reactor Consumables Branch
Monitors reserves and allocates the materials needed to keep ships and support craft operational.
