- All ship weaponry are removed from the Bryne class hospital ships.[3]

- Scores of high-ranking officers and officials (in and out of Engineering Division) begin to be discharged, due to the political impact of the Tritium failure.[4]
- Date is presumed; logic dictates it would start occurring when further experimentation is ordered halted.
- Construction begins on the first Anbis subclass (of the Ariadne) patrol corvette.[5]
- The years of production are mostly conjecture.
- Star Fleet initiates the development of a replacement frigate design.[6]
- The final Class A5 / LSA-27 light atmospheric shuttle is removed from service with Star Fleet.[7]
- The final Class D2 / SP-50 light atmospheric/spatial shuttle is removed from service with Star Fleet.[8]
- The United Federation of Planets extends membership to Kyppr.[9][2]
- Star Fleet establishes the Star Fleet Medal of Valor "[d]istinguishing acts of extreme bravery against an enemy of the United Federation of Planets or while serving with friendly forces against an opposing and tactically superior enemy force in combat".[2]
