Undersecretary of Operations
The Undersecretary of Operations for Star Fleet is the senior civilian official for coordinating the primary mission requirements of the United Federation of Planets with Star Fleet. While Commander, Star Fleet is the primary uniformed person in charge of overseeing everything Star Fleet, the specific mission areas of the Star Fleet Operations, Marine Corps, Intelligence, Strategic and Support Operations components can directly impact the UFP. As such, the Undersecretary works closely with these components and the Commander to ensure that the active operations of the department work in concert with the needs of the UFP and that forthcoming policies from both the Council and the department are properly represented and enacted.
The Undersecretary of Operations is an unnamed NPC.
