Ranx

Ranx was a scientist and the first astronaut of the Tellarite species. He designed his own experimental spacecraft and died attempting to land on Thenar, the second planet in orbit of the 61 Cygni AB binary. He also holds the distinction of being the first Tellarite to enter the atmosphere of another planet.
