Vulcan Masu'er

The Vulcan Masu'er is the defense agency, answering to the Vulcan High Command, responsible for the stellar operation of the state's military spacecraft, including militarized voidships.

During the Romulan War, the Defense Force participated in the conflict with the Romulan Star Empire, including the defense of Earth's assets in the Alpha Centauri system. However, under the 2155 orders of Administrator T'Pau, they were recalled and did not take any further overt action against the Romulans. Unknown to many, this was partly due to the Vulcans' discovery that the telecapture technology of the Romulans was especially effective against Vulcan vessels.

Notes

• This is a creation of Delta Dynamics. No discernible source has named the Vulcan military services, as of yet, so the Vulcan word for "navy" was co-opted for the purpose.
