Jo'rek

Jo'rek, the grandson of Tellus, negotiated for the end of the Romulan Clan Wars by advocating for the way of D'era ("The Endless Sky"). By focusing on expanding Romulan rule "to the stars", he was able to unite the planet under his rule. His rise to power began in 655 and all authority was consolidated through him by 664. A space industry began with his leadership.
