27th Fleet

Twenty-seventh Fleet is a support fleet, serving as an administrative oversight for the active reserve ships assigned under its aegis. Established to oversee all Star Fleet starships rimward/antispinward of Sol (essentially in the direction of the Klingon Empire), it often directs exercises of its subordinate commands, to keep relevant skills sharp. It releases individual ships to their assigned gaining fleet when directed by Star Fleet Command.

It was formed in 2370.
