• Star Fleet formally adopts the Terrance-Neltorr Graduated (TNG) warp scale. (see also: Warp Scales)

This scale is a fine-tuned modification of the one proposed by Star Fleet R&D in 2304 (in-universe). Externally, I merged the 2309 Wilmington incident from DITL (above) with Timo's multiphasic warp discovery concept.

• The final Negev sub-class minesweeper is decommissioned.

• The last Beowulf sub-class heavy cruiser is decommissioned.

• The United Federation of Planets extends membership to Pythagos.

• The Bajoran colony Dreon VII is founded.

• The final Griffon class escort, USS Feist (NCC-E1164), which had served as a training unit, is retired.

• The Federation "flag" is transferred from USS Alliance (NCC-1849, Enterprise Flt II heavy cruiser) to USS Enterprise (NCC-1701-B, Excelsior explorer).
