16th Fleet

Sixteenth Fleet is a mobile fleet, and is also known as the "Flagship Fleet". It is spread throughout the Federation and areas under Federation auspices, handling a wide range of survey, diplomatic, and border emergency missions that may not be able to be immediately completed by the resident fleet, or with the degree of expertise Star Fleet Command deems necessary.

It was formed in 2360.
