Enolian Social Republic

The Enolian Social Republic is a pro-Federation, democratic multi-world state located at the junction of the Barolian, Regulan, and Korvat subspace highways. Established during the Enolian Revolution of April 2267 under the leadership of First Minister Aten Xaltoeo, the Republic served as the primary catalyst for the Four Days War after its forces "liberated" the planet Canamar and seized a stockpile of Klingon Kash-Ro missiles.

Following the forced imposition of the Treaty of Organia in June 2267, the Republic—centered on its capital of Keto-Enol—was incorporated into the Organian Neutral Zone, saving it from imminent destruction by Klingon shock troops but cementing the "two Enolias" problem. Throughout the ensuing twenty-five-year cold war, the Republic remained a critical but precarious buffer state, characterized by persistent diplomatic tension with the Klingon-held Vico-Enolia .
