Undersecretary of Legislative Affairs
The Undersecretary of Legislative Affairs for Starfleet is the senior civilian official for ensuring Starfleet, its mission and it's requirements are properly represented within the Federation Council. The office coordinates legislative activity for Starfleet and communications between Federation Council and the department. The office also manages Starfleet testimony before Council hearings. The Undersecretary advises the Secretary of Starfleet on legislative matters, directs the office of Legislative Affairs, and acts as the Department's principal liaison with the Council.
The Undersecretary of Legislative Affairs is not a PC.
