History
- late 2140s: The Earth Cargo Service freighter ECS Philadelphia visits Omega IV, leaving behind copies of the United States Constitution, Declaration of Independence, and the Pledge of Allegiance, to inspire the native Yangs in the struggle against the Kohms. The crew all dies of the Omega IV virus shortly after departing.[2]

Notes
- Task: The alpha canon Omega IV was located close to Klingon space. SFC canon has that as a distinct and different system from the Omega system which contains Holberg 917G. Therefore, this system is now renamed Omega Holberg, as are all orbiting planets. The canon planet will exist in the Omega system located in the Beta Quadrant.
