History

At the time of the ENT episode "Precious Cargo", it is clear that the Kirosians were an independent state under the rule of the Sovereign Dynasty of Krios Prime. The year they were conquered is SFC-canon, based upon a particularly imperialistic period of Klingon history and prior to the TNG episode "The Mind's Eye".
