History
- 15th century: The Ontailians establish a stable society.[1]
- 1874: The Ontailians achieve space flight.[1]
- 1878: The Ontailians experience First Contact with the cross-dimensional "demon flyer".[1]
- 2366: The Federation makes first contact with the Ontailians. (The Ontailians show very little interest in the Federation.)[1]
- 2374: The United Federation of Planets extends a fast-tracked membership to Ontail, due to the threat of the Dominion.[1]
- Late 2375: The Battle of Rashanar ends with all ships (Breen, Cardassian, Dominion, Federation, Klingon, and Romulan) destroyed, and zero survivors.[1]
- 2377: The Federation begins clearing the Rashanar Battle Site, when a Star Fleet vessel engages and destroys the Ontailian flagship, mistaking it for a Dominion deception. The Ontailians destroy a second starship in retaliation.[1]
- In reality, the Ontailian ship was a cross-dimensional being the Ontailians were keeping secret."

Notes
- This is the home system of the Ontailians.
- The name "Ona" is shared with "Ontail" for the Ontailian home planet. Since zero information to describe the system is available, I am suborning "Ona" for the system.
