History

• Unknown: A human colony is established on Aldebaran.

This does not preclude another species or explain the presence of the humans; that still remains to be decided for game-canon, but definitely occurs prior to 2231.

• Prior to 2231: Star Fleet decides to provide five transportable drydocks to Aldebaran to begin immediate production on the Rochester class cruisers.

• 2216: Becomes a UFP member/colony/protectorate.

• 2237: Aldebaran is considered to be the Klingon Empire's next target following the annexation of Amar.
