Historical Events

• The wreckage of the USS Verdun, Messier class, is discovered by chance during a joint UFP-Tarn survey of Torgu-Va, the descendants of the original crew still in the throes of a bitter battle with a similar group of Tarn castaways.

• Star Fleet adopts a new uniform.

• Peaceful relations are solidified between the Federation and the Cardassian Union, ending the Cardassian Wars.

The Federation-Cardassian War article on Memory Alpha suggests the 'official' wars ended in the 2350s and the skirmishes that followed, up until this year, were just border conflicts. However, the whole twenty-year period will be considered part of the overall conflict for game canon.
