• Peaceful relations are solidified between the Federation and the Cardassian Union, ending the Border Wars.

The Federation-Cardassian War article on Memory Alpha suggests the 'official' wars ended in the 2350s and the skirmishes that followed, up until this year, were just border conflicts. However, the whole twenty-year period will be considered part of the overall conflict for game canon.

• The Klingon Civil War erupts (and is settled).

• Construction begins on the MIDAS Array. (SFC)

New Technology

• Detachable Warhead
• Pulse Beam Phaser Cannons
• Type 13 Disrupters
