Undersecretary of the Comptroller
The Undersecretary of the Comptroller for Starfleet is the senior civilian official for ensuring Starfleet receives the appropriate amounts of funding to meet both legislatively-mandated and mission requirements. Additionally, the Undersecretary oversees accounting and the implementation and monitoring of internal controls for spending and funding disbursement, to ensure Council-provided credits go and are used as they were legislated.
The Undersecretary of the Comptroller is not a PC.
