Annual Checklist

Check prior to first month's play.

• ☐ Roll for Economy Fluctuations for Earth (affects each nation; military actions refer to minor or major conflicts occurring on or involving the planet
• ☐ Make advancement roll for each Independent Colony.
• ☐ Make advancement roll for each 2+ year Resource-rich Dependent Colony
• ☐ Make advancement roll for each 10+ year standard Dependent Colony

Monthly Checklist

• ☐ Determine the National RP Income
• ☐ Roll for Revolt for any planets with an Unrest Rate
• ☐ Roll for Unrest Rate change for any planet in Revolt
• ☐ Decrease Unrest Rate (by 1%) for each planet with a Tax Rate below 30%

• ☐ Roll for Unrest Rate change (to occur any time a planetary tax is raised or cut)
