• TAU Three, the Charybdis, is lost when its drive systems apparently jammed open and propelled the ship out of communications range. The two follow-on missions were re-tasked to search for the missing ship, though no clue as to its destiny was found, until 2365.

The source indicates eight were built, but only describes the missions of three vessels. As the loss of the Daedalus was handled in 2036, it is assumed that the next three missions launched spaced out in 2037.
