- Unknown: A human colony is established on Daran V.[1]
- This does not preclude another species or explain the presence of the humans; that still remains to be decided for game-canon, but definitely occurs prior to 2231.
- Prior to 2231: Star Fleet decides to provide five transportable drydocks to Daran to begin immediate production on the Rochester class cruisers.[1]
- Timo says, "[USS Avalon] had not been the last to leave dockyards at Daran V," suggesting the possibility the class was completely produced in orbit of this planet (but it is not a requirement).
