The Undersecretary of Manpower & Resources for Star Fleet is the senior civilian official for ensuring Star Fleet receives the proper support for it's primary missions (exploration, defense and interstellar law enforcement) by providing and legislatively protecting the personnel and technological support to accomplish those missions. The Undersecretary's office coordinates closely with the Commander, Star Fleet, as well as the Manpower, Medical, Resources and Administration components of Star Fleet in order to establish and influence the legislative policies and actions necessary to conduct Star Fleet's day-to-day operations.
The Undersecretary of Manpower & Resources is not a PC.
