History
- 2051: The Confederacy of Vulcan and Andorian Empire enter negotiations regarding the Andorian colony on Weytahn.[1]
- 2059: The Territorial Compromise is signed—after eight years of negotiations—allowing the Vulcans to inspect the colony.[1]
- 2097: The Andorian colonists refuse a Vulcan inspection, leading to their eviction and the renaming of the planetoid to Paan Mokar by the Vulcans (in the Treaty of 2097).[2]
- 2152: Andorians land an armed force on the planetoid, to force a rescission of the Compromise and Treaty; the Vulcans respond similarly. The Vulcans cede it, following arbitration by Earth.[3]
