The source indicates that the "peoples of Delta III" had colonized there first, but that would mean Humans had met the Deltans prior to the official first contact in 2262, over a century later.
  • April 4 2163: Federation Council President Thomas Vanderbilt finalizes a trade agreement with the Global League of Lyaksti'kton and the Kingdom of M'Tezir (both of Sauria) on Vega Colony.[4]
  • Late 2253: Construction starts on the first Federation class dreadnoughts.[6]
  • 2268: The Starnes Expedition, a party of archeologists on Triacus, are all fatally poisoned (with the exception of the children) by a malevolent entity, the last of its kind.[7]
