4.7 Atmospheric Capability
Cost: 1 x Size for full units; 0.25 x Size for detachable parts of a starship.
This allows a vessel to maneuver within atmospheres with no incurred damage. Prior to 2285, only ships of Size 5 or smaller may be so equipped.
