- For SFC canon purposes, the above treaty is presumed to have been conducted on this world, in regards to something to do with the system and/or the region. I've chosen to have relating to the Denebians (of Deneb Alpha V) joining the UFP in 2259, as well as achieving warp capability, despite their remoteness from the Federation proper.
