- Confederacy of Vulcan colony system
- The colony is an odd mixture of dissimilar economic interests that are merged with efficient (& profitable) enterprise. The colony was founded by a group of philosophers and scientists from the Vulcan Science Academy. Harmony is noted for its pleasant environment which attarcts other Vulcan special interest groups, including merchant traders, geologists, astrophysicists, and even Star Fleet retirees.[2]
