Notes
- Arken is the homesystem of the aquatic Arkenites.
- Arken was a part of the Andorian Empire up until Andor joined the UFP in 2161. Given its freedom of choice, it chose to petition—and was granted—Federation membership in 2165.[1]
- In 2259, following a disaster, the Azha-R7a colonists accept Klingon assistance, in return for joining the empire. Star Fleet is able to convince the Klingon governor to dissolve the agreement, allowing the colony to remain a part of the Federation.[2]
